VALUES
He said, " I am going to give this note to one of you &&&&& But first let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the note up. He then asked, " Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air. "Well," he replied, " What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground And started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, Now all crumpled and dirty. " Now who still wants it?" Still the hands Went into the air. "
My friends, you have all learned a very valuable &&&&& Lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it Did not decrease in value. It was still worth $ 500/-. Many times in Our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the Decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as &&&&& Though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will &&&&& Happen, You will never lose your value.
You are special don't ever forget it! &&&&& Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams."

Who doesn’t want to be successful???
Dear Friends
Hello and Good Morning
I was just thinking who doesn't want to be successful??? Probably, everyone, but then how many of us is ready to pay the price. Yes, nothing comes free and one is expected to pay a price for everything even for being successful. There is nothing like "Over-night Success" behind every such success (as it may appear to you) there is a hard work of several years.
If you just look around you will find that all successful people, in this world are having a few things in common, that is:
A. Dreams they have expectations from themselves and they want to be different from rest of the crowd.
B. Self Confidence they have confidence in their abilities. They know that they are capable to do anything.
C. Daring yes, they never bothered about society and the thoughts/opinions of others.
D. Patience they were never in hurry though aggressive in their approach.
E. Focused approach they had clear path for themselves they know what they are doing and where they are going.
F. Enthusiasm to carry-on in spite of failures they had ability to bounce back. Every time they fall they bounced back to gain more heights.
G. Never say die attitude nothing can shake me nothing can disturb me they always play to win.
Friends, your life consists of more than simply sitting at your desk, in front of your computer or commuting to and from your workplace. Your life involves more than living through your head - it is living from your heart.
We all had a dream. It involves ‘growing up’, some falling down and too much listening to those who never made a difference to arrive at the ‘conclusion’: “I cannot make a difference.” Think for a moment, how the world would be if all people had chosen not to strive for their dreams and make a difference. People like Martin Luther King, John Kennedy, Mohan Das Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mother Theresa…You may look at these names and feel somewhat intimidated and be tempted to ask: “Can I really make a difference? Is it worth the price I would have to pay?” It is easier to live a compromised, mediocre life, hoping that someone else makes a difference, while you read about it.
We all had and have people in our life, telling us that dreams are for children, encouraging us to ‘grow-up’. It is time to share with them the old Chinese proverb, “Man who says it cannot be done, should not interrupt man doing it.” Making a difference is like throwing a pebble in a pool. The ripples spread from the center to larger and larger circles of influence. It begins within you.
Find your dream again. Shake off the dust. Put it before you and say, “Hello, I’m back. ” Get reacquainted.
Feel the energy, excitement, enthusiasm, fire and passion, overflowing within, calling you to movement and action. Take a stance. Let people know what you think and what you believe in, remembering the old phrase: “Stand for something or fall for anything” - Words are not enough - let your actions talk. Making a difference challenges you to think and act differently. To be a different
The word is a stage, we are simply players;
Let us brighten it, we'll be blessed by someone's prayers.
At altruistic act is a truly scared chant.
Let faith dwell within and God above.
Today, I can become an emissary of LOVE.
At last dear friends I firmly believe that all that's blessed by the divine touch will definitely be successful. It is up to us as to how we interpret it. All the same, success is not an hour's fruit. It is the outcome of passionate dedication, sensitization, conscientiousness, egalitarian outlook, pluralistic, unbiased approach, multi-cultural perspective and strong faith. It needs moral repugnance against injustice even when you are in the complex web of relationships.
Looking forward to your comments and feedback.
With lots of love and care
When life’s largest pressures leave you struck dumb,
Just search for an answer; the solution will come.
When a tragedy occurs leaving you feeling numb,
Just wait for your health; the strength will come.
When everyone relies on you and there is no way you can see,
Trust your mind to think with time; patience is the key.
When you have made it where others always flee,
Just wait to gather courage; soon you’ll be where you want to be.
When it is nearing the end and you’re in need,
Muster up your courage; endurance will lead.
IT WILL COME
YOUR DAD
YOUR DAD
When you were 8 years old,
your dad handed you an ice cream.
You thanked him by dripping it all over your lap.
When you were 9 years old,
he paid for piano lessons.
You thanked him by never even bothering to practice.
When you were 10 years old,
he drove you all day, from soccer to gymnastics to one birthday party after another.
You thanked him by jumping out of the car and never looking back.
When you were 11 years old,
he took you and your friends to the movies.
You thanked him by asking to sit in a different row.
When you were 12 years old,
he warned you not to watch certain TV shows.
You thanked him by waiting until he left the house.
When you were 13,
he suggested a haircut that was becoming.
You thanked him by telling him he had no taste.
When you were 14,
he paid for a month away at summer camp.
You thanked him by forgetting to write a single letter.
When you were 15,
he came home from work, looking for a hug.
You thanked him by having your bedroom door locked.
When you were 16,
he taught you how to drive his car.
You thanked him by taking it every chance you could.
When you were 17,
he was expecting an important call.
You thanked him by being on the phone all night.
When you were 18,
he cried at your high school graduation.
You thanked him by staying out partying until dawn.
When you were 19,
he paid for your college tuition, drove you to campus, carried your bags.
You thanked him by saying good-bye outside the dorm so you wouldn’t be embarrassed in front of your friends.
When you were 25,
he helped to pay for your wedding, and he cried and told you how deeply he loved you.
You thanked him by moving halfway across the country.
When you were 50,
he fell ill and needed you to take care of him.
You thanked him by reading about the burden parents become to their children.
And then, one day, he quietly died. And everything you never did came crashing down like thunder on YOUR HEART.
9 TIPS ON INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
criticise helpfully, never spitefully.
person of importance.
Also, pay no attention to any ill-natured remarks about you either.
It’s About Life….”
It’s About Life….”
Life is about experiences, which makes us to grow; According to time and situations, it flows.
Sometimes everything seems clear and perfect,
Sometimes, it’s all haze;
Maybe, life is a maze,
Every time, it leaves us amazed.
Not everyone in life, gets everything.
Sometimes,You lose even by gaining, and gain, even by losing. Why cry for losing something, which we never owned.
Life doesn’t stop by accidents;
Else, the world would have ended.
Anyone can sympathize with ours hurts,
But, its only we bleed when it hurts.
Why should our life depend on someone, for happiness;
It’s we, who create our own happiness…
Even in whole life, for someone, you change our ways;
At the end of day, with you, only your shadow stays.
The world may seem beautiful, and people influence by charm;
But, in times of need, it’s our own hand, at the end of our arm.
Love and relations, are like sand,
Which we try to hold in our hand;
The more we want them to stay, the more they slip away.
Let no one and nothing control you,
Come what may;
Let you, only your faith in god sway.
Things that are just part of life,
Must be kept that way.
If we make them life, by mistake;
Heart is bound to break.
Today may seem faint and dull,
Compared to beautiful past; But,
tomorrow will bring beautiful moments to last.
Why look for a shoulder to cry on,
And support from someone;
One moment people are around, next moment gone;
Fact is,
He’s the strongest man in life, who stands on his own…all alone.
Whenever in life, things seem to slip out of your hands;
Give it in god’s hands,
Since, everything is safe in his hands.
After every sunset of hurts and despair,
There’s a new sunrise of hopes and prayer.
It takes both rain and sunshine to make rainbows,
And like a spring, life always flows;
Even after a bright day ends,
Still in the dark night sky, stars and moon glows….

Beautiful Thoughts !!!
Beautiful Thoughts !!! |
There’s twice the fun;
When we share success,
We surpass what we’ve done.
When we share problems,
There’s half the pain;
A rainbow follows rain.
When we share dreams,
They become more real;
When we share secrets,
It’s our hearts we reveal.
If we share a smile,
Then our love shows;
If we share a hug,
Then our love grows.
If we share with someone
On whom we depend,
That person becomes
Family or friend.
And what draws us closer
And makes us all care,
Is not what we have,
But the things that we share.
Rose and Snow
Rose and Snow
Rose was asked by God where she would like to bloom when sent to Earth.
She could choose from beautiful Garden, the side of the refreshing
Stream and cold Snow. Rose wanted to know from God why Snow was so cold
when Garden and Stream were friendly and spontaneous.
God
told her that Snow was in the form of life-giving water and the
friendliest one, a long time back. However, constant hurts and
betrayals had made him wary of friendship and love and he had become
cold, oh, so very cold!
Rose,
full of colour, decided. She chose to bloom in Snow believing that her
warmth and colour would melt him one day. God warned her gently that
she would, till then, have to bear the chill of Snow. Rose said she had
already made up her mind.
HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY
HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY
The chief excitement in a
woman’s life is spotting women who are fatter than she is. HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY
Sure God created man before woman.
But then you always make a rough draft before the final masterpiece.
The idea of an International Women’s Day first arose at
the turn of the century, which in the industrialized world was a period of
expansion and turbulence, booming population growth and radical ideologies.
On 8 March 1857, women working in clothing and textile
factories (called ‘garment workers’) in New York City, in the United States, staged a protest. They were fighting
against inhumane working conditions and low wages. The police attacked the
protestors and dispersed them. Two years later, again in March, these women
formed their first labour union to try and protect themselves and gain some
basic rights in the workplace.
On 8 March 1908, 15,000 women marched through New York City demanding shorter work hours, better pay,
voting rights and an end to child labour. They adopted the slogan “Bread
and Roses”, with bread symbolizing economic security and roses a better
quality of life. In May, the Socialist Party of America designated the last Sunday in February for
the observance of National Women’s Day.
